Team Order processing times on orders from lloydssoccer.com/ vary by season. We define our peak season as the period between June 15th through September 15th.
Orders placed before a listed deadline during peak season
Orders placed prior to a deadline are always held for bulk processing until the deadline has passed. Orders placed during our peak season are prioritized and shipped based on game dates and are typically delivered 1-2 weeks prior to a team's first game. All orders will be shipped using your selected shipping method during checkout—most often the club/manager/coach.
Orders placed after a listed deadline during peak season
Orders placed after a listed deadline are processed after the rest of the team/club has been completed, and then on a first-in/first-out basis. Lloyd's Soccer makes our best effort to get you on field for your first game, but orders placed after a deadline ARE NOT guaranteed to deliver prior to your first game. All orders will be shipped using your selected shipping method during checkout.
Orders placed before a listed deadline outside of peak season
Orders placed prior to a deadline are always held for bulk processing until the deadline has passed. Orders will begin processing the first business day following the deadline. Typical processing times are times are 2-3 weeks depending on customization. All orders will be shipped using your selected shipping method during checkout.
Orders placed after a listed deadline outside of peak season
Orders placed after a deadline and outside of our peak ordering season are processed individually. Order processing begins the next business day. Typical processing times are
2-3 weeks depending on customization. If an item is backordered from the vendor you will be contacted with substitution or cancelation options. All orders will be shipped using your selected shipping method during checkout.
Editing Your Order Top
We want to ensure that your order is fulfilled correctly. If you notice an error on your order you may have the option to correct it online. If the ordering deadline has not passed you will be able to edit or cancel your order through your order history once you have signed in to our site. If your deadline has passed you may still be able to edit your order online. If your order history does not show an option for edit or cancel, the best course of action is to reply to your confirmation email detailing the changes that need to be made. If your order has not gone into process yet, we will do our best to accommodate any changes needed. Once an order has entered the customization process we can no longer make any changes to that order.
Orders are shipped based on the shipping locations selected at checkout. Available options vary based on your club and when you order.
Orders marked “club delivery” will be shipped directly to your club or school. A club or School representative will distribute orders to the individual players.
Lloyd's Soccer Location Pickup
Orders with “Lloyd's Soccer Pickup” will be delivered to the Lloyd's Soccer location of your choice at no charge. Once the order has arrived at the desired location you will be notified by phone and/or email that your order is ready for pickup.
Orders shipped directly to your home are shipped via UPS or USPS at the sole discretion of Lloyd's Soccer. Transit times are typically 1-3 days to

Retail Location Purchases
You may return any new, unused and resalable product bought from a Lloyd's Soccer retail location (so long as it meets the criteria below) after any amount of time. Items returned within 30 days will be refunded in their original payment method, either cash or credited back to the purchasing credit card, while items returned after 30 days will be issued store credit.
Only items that are in "new, unused and resalable condition" will be accepted for returns. We strongly recommend trying on all footwear and apparel indoors. Items that are not in new condition are not returnable unless defective.
What IS NOT in new condition:
- Any footwear that has been worn outside of the house; any grass stains or markings on the bottom of the studs, evidence of field turf, or use on gym floors
- A jersey, shirt or anything else that smells unnatural
- Anything you accidentally spilled on
- Items that you received with a tag, that no longer have a tag
Online MyUniform Purchases
Items purchased online through MyUniform are non-returnable if they contain any customization that would not be found on a retail product. Customization includes:
- Any logo other than that of the manufacturer,. i.e. Club, League, Sponsor or School logos
- A player’s Name or number
Items that were not customized in any way will be treated as a retail purchase and may be returned at any Lloyd's Soccer retail location. Your order confirmation will be required as your receipt to receive a full refund.
All sale/clearance items are included in our return policy unless noted as final sale on your receipt. As long as the item is in "new, unused and resalable condition", it can be returned for a refund within 30 days or returned for store credit anytime after 30 days. Clearance items also follow the same defective guidelines as outlined below. All items purchased at “tent sale” events are final sale.
Defective Products Top
A defective product is defined as a product that is unfit for its intended purpose due to a manufacturing or design flaw. A defective product will show signs of being faulty within the first 60 days of use. For that reason we only accept defective returns within 60 days of your purchase.
All items we receive labeled as defective is put through rigorous tests to ensure the product does in fact have a factory defect. Products deemed defective can be returned to Lloyd's Soccer up to 60 days from purchase date for a 100% store credit.
Examples of NON-DEFECTS:
- Footwear: Normal wear & tear associated with age of product; minimal sole separation; excessive sole separation at toe area due to improper size (shoes purchased too big)
- Gloves: accelerated foam deterioration on a game glove getting excessive/inappropriate use
- Balls: balls that have been punctured
In the event that merchandise purchased on lloydssoccer.com/ becomes defective during normal wear, please bring the item in to any of our retail locations. The item will be reviewed for defects at the discretion of Lloyd's Soccer.
Gift Cards Top
Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise at lloydssoccer.com/ and any Lloyd's Soccer retail location. Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. When shopping online, if the order total is more than the gift card amount, the remaining balance must be paid for by credit card. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase. Sales tax, where applicable, will be applied at the time of redemption. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift card policies.
Gift cards are available for purchase at Lloyd's Soccer Retail and at lloydssoccer.com/. Purchasers will be notified via e-mail when the gift card has been issued from a lloydssoccer.com/ purchase.
Gift cards purchased in Retail Locations are now redeemable online at lloydssoccer.com/. E-Gift Certificates purchased at lloydssoccer.com/ are valid at lloydssoccer.com/ as well as redeemable at retail locations.
The order total includes the price of product(s) and sales tax where applicable. Your card number is located on the back of your card at the bottom next to "Card #". The number listed next to "Pin #" is not needed.

Lloyd's Soccer gift cards may not be returned or cancelled after purchase. If you return product originally purchased with a gift card, any refund will be returned to the original gift card or issued on a new gift card if necessary. If you return product originally purchased with multiple gift cards, the total dollar value will be returned to the most-recent purchased gift card or issued on a new gift card if necessary.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
This gift card will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase. Treat them like cash. In the event that a card purchase and number can be verified, the balance can be transferred to a new card and the original card will be cancelled.
